➞ Client Deposit: Confirm and reserve your photo session with a deposit through either PayPal or Venmo. Deposits are meant to hold your reservation and protect both parties in case of no-shows or emergencies.

➞ Getting Your Photos: A link will be provided to you once your photos are available for download. You will receive both high resolution photos & photos sized for online social media use. Together, we will discuss expected timelines for final photos based on project size and capacity.

➞ Photo Storage: Cloud storage is not included in the price of your photo session & editing time. Your completed photos will be available in the provided cloud storage link for up to three (3) months. Please download your files within a timely fashion. Additional storage time can be purchased for a fee.

➞ Proper Credit: Use my photos non-commercially (i.e., for personal use) by providing the proper photo credit. Write "Photo Credit: Nancy Hoàng" in your caption/byline. Link back to nancyhoang.com or tag my associated social media handle in the post itself.

➞ Image Licensing: You and/or your company are subject to legal action if my intellectual property is used for commercial purposes, without first purchasing image licensing rights. Use the contact form to inquire about licensing fees.
